Contact details — your name, email address, telephone number, and mailing or service address, submitted through our quote request form, appointment request form, contact form, by phone, or by email.
Property information — details you share so we can prepare an accurate estimate, such as property type, building height, number of floors, approximate window count, access conditions, and the condition of the glass, eavestroughs, or panels to be serviced.
Service history — records of past jobs, scheduling preferences, recurring maintenance arrangements, quotes issued, and notes relevant to servicing your property safely.
Newsletter subscription — the email address you enter when signing up for our mailing list.
Employment applications — if you apply to join our team, we collect your résumé and any information you choose to include in it, such as work history, certifications, training records, and references.

2. Payment Information

Invoice and billing details are collected in order to process payment for services rendered. Where payment is processed by cheque, e-transfer, or through a third-party payment processor, we do not store complete credit card numbers on our systems. Payment card data is handled directly by our payment processor under its own security standards and privacy terms.

4. Job Site Photographs

We may take photographs or video of completed work for quality control, training, insurance documentation, and internal record-keeping. Where such images are used publicly — on our website, portfolio, or social media — we do not identify the property owner or disclose the exact address without permission. If you would prefer that no images of your property be used publicly, simply let us know and we will honour that request.
